护理干预在肺癌脑转移瘤患者全脑放疗加三维适形放疗中的应用

目的探讨肺癌脑转移瘤患者全脑放疗加三维适形放疗的护理配合。方法选取来我院接受全脑放疗联合三维适形放疗的脑转移瘤患者56例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各28例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组给予护理干预,6个月后比较疗效。结果对照组放射性肺炎发生率为11例（39.29%）,观察组发生率为4例（14.29%）（P=0.015）,比较具有统计学意义;观察组在体力限制、社会限制、情绪、症状等评分方面也显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）,比较具有统计学意义。结论对肺癌脑转移瘤患者给予全脑放疗加三维适形放疗,配合全面有效的护理措施,可以显著提高疗效,确保放疗计划的顺利完成。

Objective To explore the nursing combined with three dimensional conformal radiotherapy of whole brain radiotherapy in patients with brain metastases of lung cancer. Methods In our hospital 56 cases of tumor patients received whole brain radiotherapy combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy for brain metastases, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 28 cases in each group, the control group received routine nursing care, the observation group was given nursing intervention, to compare the efficacy after 6 months. Results In the control group, radiation pneumonitis occurred in 11cases（39.29%）, the observation group occurred in 4 cases（14.29%）（P=0.015）, compared with statistical significance; group in physical limitations, social constraints, emotional, symptom score was also significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）, compared with statistical significance. Conclusion To whole brain radiotherapy combined with three dimensional conformal radiotherapy for lung cancer patients with brain metastases, the nursing measures of comprehensive and effective, can significantly improve the efficacy,ensure the smooth completion of the radiotherapy plan.
