高技能型软件人才培养模式研究

摘    要:随着IT产业的迅速发展,急需大量的软件技能型人才,学校是培养和输送的主要渠道,如何培养一批适应岗位职业能力需求的技能型人才,是当前高职院校确立培养模式的一大着落点。本文针对目前高职院校软件人才培养中存在的一些问题,提出了一种实践职业素养与专业能力培养并重,推行岗位技能模块学分管理机制,创新多元化的“工学结合”人才培养模式。实践表明,该培养模式能大大加快专业整体教学质量的提高。

Abstract:With the rapid development of IT industry, more and more IT technicians are needed. The school is the main channel. When establishing the training model, the school must focus on how to train a lot of skilled talents based on pro- fessional ability. To solute these problems existed in the software training model of vocational schools, we propose a new training model based on combining learning with working, which focus on training the students' professionalism, innovation & entrepreneurship, and job knowledge & skills. Practice shows that the model can greatly improve the overall quality of teaching.
