| 摘 要： | 目的:研究分析中药热帖敷用于小儿支气管肺炎辅助治疗的效果。方法:择取2012年12月~2013年12月期间在我院接受治疗的216例患儿,随机性分成对照组(西药治疗)与观察组(西药联合中药热帖敷辅助治疗)。结果:观察组患者在症状、体征消失时间、肺部啰音吸收时间、用药时间等方面均优于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中药热贴敷用于小儿支气管肺炎辅助治疗可明显缩短病程时间。

Efficacy analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine hot compress on 216 cases of Infantile Bronchial Pneumonia |

| Abstract: | Objective：To study and analyze the adjuvant effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine hot compress in the treatment of infantile bronchial pneumonia.Method：216 cases were selected from December 2012 to December 2013 in our hospital and randomly divided into a control group （Western medicine treatment） and a observation group （Western medicine combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine hot compress therapy）.Result：The symptoms, sign-disappearing time, the pulmonary rales absorption time and therapy duration of patients in the observation group were better than the control group. There were statistically significant differences in P〈0.05. Conclusion：Traditional Chinese Medicine hot compress in the adjuvant treatment of infantile bronchial pneumonia can shorten the duration of the treatment. |
