摘    要:电泳涂装质量分涂层内在特性指标和外观质量。外观质量直接体现涂装线的管理水平,而涂层表面颗粒的多少是涂膜质量的重要评价因素,也体现了整条线的综合水平。本文结合三一车身有限公司电泳涂装线实际情况,对驾驶室产品进行了颗粒缺陷采样分析,重点分析涂装颗粒的产生原因和采取的相应措施,缺陷发生率下降75%,改善效果显著。

Abstract:The quality of electrophoresis coatings including inherent characteristics and appearance quality.Appearance quality directly reflects the management level of coating line,while the coating surface particle number is an important factor to evaluate coating film quality,and it also embodies the entire line of integrated level.The cab product particle defect sample was analyzed combined with SANY truck body co.,ltd.electrophoretic coating line actual conditions,the cause of coating particles was analysis in detail and corresponding measures were proposed,the defect rate dropped 75% and the improvement effect was obviously.
