| 摘 要： | 本文就PDA/RS/GIS/GPS RTK集成技术在第二次土地大调查中的应用的技术流程和集成系统设计等相关问题进行了研究。基于PDA/RS/GIS/GPS RTK土地调查系统分为野外数据采集系统(即掌上电脑部分PDA-GIS)和内业数据处理系统(即台式机部分PC-GIS)两部分,本文主要对这两部分进行了结构和功能设计。将该技术应用于第二次土地调查工作中,有效地减少了调查工作量,相应缩短了调查周期,在提高调查精度和丰富调查成果等方面取得了显著成效,为及时全面地掌握土地资源的基本状况提供了技术支持。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses technical procedure and system design for the integrated application of 3S technologies based on PDA in the second land investigation.The land investigation system based on PDA/RS/GIS/GPS RTK is divided into two subsystems-the field data gathering system(i.e.on pocket computer,PDA-GIS) and the office work data processing system(i.e.on desktop computer,PC-GIS).The structure and functional design of these two parts are described.The system hhas been applied in the Second Land Investigation work,which effectively reduces the workload and the investigation cycle,significantly improves investigation precision and enhances investigation achievement,and provides technical support for the investigating of land resource. |
