前S1蛋白与HBV血清标志物检测结果对比分析与临床意义

目的 对乙肝前S1抗原与HBV血清标志物的对比分析,进而对乙肝病毒前S1抗原临床意义的探讨.方法 采用酶联免疫吸附试验ELISA法,严格按说明书操作,对乙肝病毒血清标志物和乙肝病毒前S1抗原测定,并与HBV-DNA做对比分析.结果 对HBV血清标志物不同组合模式进行分析发现,乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg)乙肝病毒e抗原(HBeAg)、乙肝病毒核心抗体(HBcAb)阳性的模式中,乙肝病毒前S1抗原检出率高,与HBVDNA符合率也高,分别为86%与88%,HBsAg抗HBe抗HBc阳性的模式中与前S1抗原和HBV-DNA符合率分别为39%和41%,HBSAg抗HBC阳性组中与前S1抗原和HBVDNA符合率分别为26%和28%.结论 前S1抗原较HBV血清标志物更为敏感,尤其可反映HBeAg阴性的乙型肝炎患者是否有病毒复制,可作为一种新的HBV血清标志物和监测指标.

Clinic meanings and analysis of the sign of HBV in blood seeum and pre-S1

Objective To compare the sign of the sign HBV in blood serum with pre-S1 for examining HBV and discuss the clinic meanings of pre-S1 of HBv. Methods Using ELISA method, blood samaples of 2137 chronic hepatitis B patients with different serum modles were analyzed about preS1 and HBV DNA comparatively. Results Inchronic hepatitis B patients, for those whose serum HBsAg, HBeAg and HBcAb were postive, the rates between preS1, HBV DNA and the traditional Ag-Ab detection were 86% and 88% separately. As for those serum HBsAg, HBeAb, and were postive, the coincidence rates of preS1 and HBV DNA were 39% and 41% separately. HBsAg and HBcAb were positive, the coincidence rates of preS1 and HBV DNA were 26% and 28%. Condusions PreS1 is more sensitive than the sign of HBV in blood serum, especially for those who are HBeAg-negative. and it can be a new sign of HBV in blood serum and a more perfect examining index.
