| 摘 要： | 针对川渝地区输气管道输送的天然气多含H2S及CO2等酸性介质的情况，分析了水介质中较低CO2及H2S分压条件下输气管道的腐蚀机理，三甘醇的物化特征及其对H2S及CO2的缓蚀作用。以龙门至忠县输气管道为例，介绍了三甘醇干燥除水、降低露点以及作为缓蚀剂等方面对输气管道进行腐蚀控制的情况，并对用量进行了计算。 |

| Abstract: | The gas in Sichuan-Chongqing gas pipeline contains higher H2S, CO2 and other acidic media. The corrosion mechanism of the gas pipeline under conditions of lower CO2 in water medium and H2S partial pressure is analyzed, including the physieo-chemical characteristics of TEG and its inhibition to H2S and CO2 corrosion. With a study on the corrosion control of Longmen - Zhongxian gas pipeline, the dehydration, dew point reduction and functioning as an inhibitor of the TEG are described, and the dosages are calculated. |
