SiCp/Al多相材料的切削加工

摘    要:SiCp/Al是具有优良物理、机械性能的难加工多相材料。为解决加工SiCp/Al材料时刀具磨损快、表面质量差的问题,通过对SiCp/Al切削表面形成机理及刀具磨(破)损机理的分析,采用常规硬质合金刀具材料设计了加工SiCp/Al的新型引导光整刀具,并用传统工艺设备进行了切削试验。结果表明,新型刀具可显著提高刀具耐用度和加工表面质量。

Abstract:SiC p/Al is a kind of hard cutting material with excellent physical and mechanical characters. Tools are quickly worn down during cutting this kind of material and the machined surface qualities are poor. To solve this problem, based on the analysis to the surface forming mechanism of SiC p/Al material and the wear mechanism of tools, a new style cutting tool made of common carbide material is designed to cut SiC p/Al material. The result of a cutting test on the common lathe shows that the tool endurance and machined surface quality are significantly improved.
