基于结构光三维视觉焊缝跟踪系统的研究

摘    要:研制了一套基于结构光三维视觉传感器的焊缝自动跟踪系统.其原理是,采用VC语言开发出图像处理软件,通过计算机准确提取三维视觉传感器检测到的焊缝的中心位置,再反馈到控制机构发出控制信号,控制执行机构,达到对焊缝的跟踪.并通过试验验证了基于结构光三维视觉传感器焊缝跟踪系统的可靠性.

Abstract:A welded seam tracing system of three-dimensional visual sensor based on the structure light is designed. The image processing software is devised in VC, and the welded seam center value from the CCD visual sensor is processed in the computer using the software, then fed to the controller machine that provides a controlled signal output to the executive mechanism, and it achieves welding seam tracking. The dependability about the welded seaming tracking system of three-dimensional vision based on the structure light is tested through experiments.
