大剂量缩宫素用于晚期妊娠引产的疗效观察

目的观察大剂量缩宫素对晚期妊娠引产的效果。方法将112例具有引产指征的晚期妊娠孕妇随机分成实验组和对照组各56例,实验组使用大剂量缩宫素引产,对照组使用小剂量缩宫素引产,比较两组的引产效果与安全性。结果实验组缩宫素输入总量、达到有效宫缩时间及总产程与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;实验组阴道分娩率、引产成功率高于对照组（P〈0.05）,剖宫产率低于对照组（P〈0.05）;产时产后并发症无明显差异（P〉0.05）。结论大剂量缩宫素能安全有效地提高缩宫素引产的成功率,且不增加并发症的发生,可在临床推广应用。

Observation of high-dose of oxytocin for labor induction in late gestational women

Objective To investigate the effect of labor induced with high-dose of oxytocin in late gestation.Methods 112 cases of late gestational women were divided into test and control group randomly.Test group of 56 cases were administered high-dose oxytocin induced labor.Meanwhile another 56 women in control group with were given low-dose oxytocin.Results There were statistical significant differences in terms of the total amount of infused oxytocin、the time to achieve effective uterine contractions and the total length of labor between test and control group(P<0.05).The rate of vaginal delivery and the success rate of labor induction of test group were higher(P<0.05),and the cesarean section rate of test group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Maternal and neonatal complications had no significant difference.Conclusion High-dose of oxytocin for induced labor in late gestation women can safely and effectively improve the success rate of labor induction.
