摘    要:通过JMAG软件和Solidworks软件完成了对指定功率、转速、尺寸和转矩的轮毂电机的电磁学分析、设计和制造,从而开发电动汽车不同工作状况下所需的轮毂电机,并通过轮毂电机试验台对其进行电机特性分析和验证。其试验结果与预设指定要求一致,表明了设计分析的可行性和正确性,为指定参数的电机设计和制造提供了实践指导和理论依据。

Abstract:By using JMAG software and SolidWorks design software wheel hub motor with the specified power, speed, size and torque was nalysized, designed and manufactured. Wheel hub motor was developed for electric vehicle in different working conditions, and through the hub motor test bench its characteristiccs were analyszed and verified. The test results are consistent with the design requirements, which indicates the feasibility and correctness of the design and analysis, and provides practical and theoretical guidance for the design and manufacture of the motor with specified parameters.
