| 摘 要： | 首先利用正交试验法考察了堵剂各组分对其性能的影响程度,确定出最优配方;又以最优配方为基准,利用回归正交试验法,建立了描述各组分间定量关系的回归方程,对配方或参数进行预测或控制,从而确定出不同堵水条件及要求下的实用配方,具有较大的实际指导作用。

| Abstract: | In this paper is studied the effect of the compositions of water shutoff agent on its performa-ce by orthogonal experiment. The optimun formulation of the water shutoff agent TD2-ZY has been deter -mined, on the basis of the optimun formulation, the regression equation is established by regression orthogonal experiment which describes the quantitative relationship among the compositions of water shutoff agent . By predicting or controlling of formulation or parameters, the practical formulations can be determined under the different water shutoff circumstances and requirements, which is of great practical value. |
