摘    要:多议题模型中,在议题的评价机制上买卖双方大多采用多属性效用理论或其变形理论,如距离函数等。提出了多属性效用理论实际应用中的悖论问题,分析了造成理论应用偏差的原因和B2C领域电子商务活动交易的特点,进而提出了一个协商拍卖模型。该模型分两个阶段来进行,提高了协商效率,而且允许卖方体现商品的特色,差异化自己的商品。

Abstract:MAUT(multi-attribute utility theory) or the derived theory from it is mostly used as the evaluation method in the multi-issue model, such as distance function.This paper presented a paradox using MAUT in the practical application, analysed the reason to introduce this paradox and the character of the electronic business activity in the B2C field, so presented a negotiation auction model. This model could be divided into two stages to improve the negotiation efficiency and permitted the seller to discriminate their products in order to reflect the product itself.
