500 kV静安(世博)地下变电站水工设计特点

摘    要:500 kV 静安( 世博) 变电站工程各项用水的水源均来自城市自来水管网, 全站用水将由城市供水管网的2 个不同的管段引入2 路供水管。变电站地下的500、220 kV 变压器、66、220 kV 电抗器采用强油水冷的冷却方式, 设备的能量损耗发出的热量通过冷却塔排入大气中。冷却水系统包括变压器或电抗器的油冷却器、冷却塔、循环水泵、喷淋水泵、膨胀水箱、补给水池、补给水泵以及补给水软化处理设备管道等。

Abstract:Water supply of the substation project comes from city water supply system.Water from two different sections of city water system is introduced into two flow pipes of the substation.The underground 500 kV and 200 kV transformers and 66 kV and 220 kV reactors of the substation use forced oil and water cooling.Heat generated from equipment energy loss is dissipated into the air through cooling tower.The cooling water system consists of transformer/reactor oil cooler,cooling tower,circulation pump,spraying pump,expansion tank,make-up water pool,make-up water pump,and pipes for make-up water softening devices,etc.
