摘    要:介绍了2000t锻造液压机的液压系统原理的设计与分析,液压系统的方向阀和卸荷阀分别采用比例节流插装阀和比例溢流阀,电子放大器控制输入比例电磁铁的电流大小,控制阀口的大小和工作液流的方向.通过调整斜坡电位器电流上升和下降的时间,控制比例阀换向、卸荷的速度和卸荷压力的切换过渡时间,利用液压-电气结合的优势功能,使机器运行平稳、快速.

Abstract:The design and analysis of the 2000 t hydraulic forging press' hydraulic system theory was introduced. The directional valve and unloading valve of the hydraulic system respectively adopted proportion throttle cartridge valve and proportion spillover valve. Electron-amplifler controlled the electric current inputting proportion electromagnet, the valve port and the direction of fluid stream. By the way of adjusting the raising and descending time of slope regula-tion resistance electric current, the conversion time of reversal valve' inverting, unloading speed was controled and uti-lizing the hydraulic-electric combination advantage, the machine worked smoothly and fast.
