| 摘 要： | 时气病是指由于感受非时之气所导致的疾病，是外感热性病的重要组成部分。宋以后多将其归于疫病、温病之列。当时气病具有强烈传染性，并引起广泛流行时，即属疫病。对宋以前文献就时气病与伤寒、温病、疫病概念及关系进行梳理研究，对当今疫病临床防治具有重要的指导意义。
