摘    要:静止无功补偿器(SVC)的传统U-I特性中,线性控制域内提供了等量的容性无功与感性无功容量,而电力系统在实际运行过程中对两者可能的最大需求并不一定相等。提出在SVC线性控制域内进行分段控制,分别给容性无功部分和感性无功部分定义不同的调差率,针对系统具体运行情况,分别执行不同的U-I特性。改进U-I特性中,容性补偿与感性补偿情况下的调差率分别依据系统对容性无功与感性无功的实际需求来确定。对典型双峰日负荷曲线下系统的运行情况进行动态仿真,结果表明:当系统对感性无功需求小于容性无功时,改进的U-I特性能够使SVC达到几乎相同控制目标的同时还可以在一定程度上减小SVC的额定无功功率;当系统对感性无功需求大于容性无功时,改进的U-I特性可以有效地保证系统的安全稳定运行。

Abstract:In conventional U-I characteristic,SVC(Static Var Compensator) provides equal capacitive and inductive reactive power capacities in its linear control range,whereas the demands of them are possibly not the same in a real power system. An improved U-I characteristic for SVC control is proposed,which divides the linear control region into sections and sets different regulation slopes for capacitive and inductive reactive power according to the real operating conditions of power system to implement different U-I characteristics. Simulation is carried out for typical daily load curve with two peaks. Results show that,when the inductive reactive power demand is less than the capacitive one,less rated reactive power of SVC is required;when the capacitive reactive power demand is less than the inductive one,the stable system operation is effectively ensured.
