超细粉磨滑石时助磨剂效能研究

摘    要:采用正交试验L827研究了滑石超细粉磨时助磨剂的助磨和分散效能,通过对三种高效助磨剂(三乙醇胺、氧化铵、六偏磷酸钠)进行试验对比研究,权衡分散性和助磨性两个指标,最终选出了针对滑石的最佳助磨剂及试验条件;考虑到超细滑石助磨剂的实际性应用,本文还做了相关探索.

Abstract:Grinding aiding and dispersing effectiveness of grinding aids on talc superfine grinding was studied by orthogonal design experiment L82^7. After the comparison experiment of three effective grinding aids. i.e. triethanolamine, ammonium chloride and sodium hexametaphosphate, the best effective grinding aids was selected, the optimum experiment conditions relevant to different indexes was presented, which were based on two indexes, grinding aiding and dispersing effectiveness. Finally, this paper also has made some further works in the view of application of grinding aids for talc.
