贲门癌筛查和早诊早治的经验

[目的]总结在食管癌高发区居民中贲门癌筛查和早诊早治的效果和经验。[方法]分析2006～2009年在7个省的9个县(市)居民中,开展内镜筛查贲门癌和早诊早治的资料,包括筛查结果和经验,特别是总结贲门癌高发位点的发现对贲门癌早期诊断的贡献。[结果]4年内镜筛查共53911人,发现贲门癌524例(包括癌前病变),检出率为0.97%。其中早期癌416例,早诊率为79.4%。[结论]内镜筛查可发现大量贲门癌和癌前病变,现阶段作为贲门癌防治措施是可行的和成功的。

Experience of Screening and Early Detection for Cardiac Cancer

[Purpose] To review the effect and experience of screening and early detection for cardiac cancer in high risk area.[Methods] The past 4 years＇ （2006～2009） data of screening and early detection for cardiac cancer from 9 counties in 7 provinces were analyzed.The results and experiences of screening for cardiac cancer were summarized.The discovery of hot spot of cardiac cancer and its significant contribution to early detection for cardiac cancer were especially emphasized.[Results] In the past 4 years,53 911 participants underwent endoscopy.Cardiac cancer were found in 524 cases with positive detection rate of 0.97%.Of the cases with cardiac cancer,416 cases were in early stage with early diagnosis rate of 79.4%.[Conclusion] Screening with endoscopy can detect great amount of early stage cardiac cancer and precancerous lesions.Endoscopic screening for cardiac cancer now is feasible and successful.
