应激对实验动物体内锌、铜、铁、镁离子代谢的影响

摘    要:目的 揭示禁食应激对实验动物体内锌、铜、铁、镁离子代谢的变化规律和作用。方法 以豚鼠为实验对象,测定豚鼠饥饿1天、2天、3天及正常时的脑、心、肝、肾、肾上腺组织中锌、铜、铁、镁4种元素的含量,并进行对照分析。结果 (1)肾、脑、心、肝组织中的铁,肾组织中的铜,脑组织中的锌和肾、脑、肝组织中的镁,其水平随禁食时间的延长呈下降趋势。(2)肝、肾组织中锌水平随禁食时间的延长略有上升。(3)脑、心、肾上腺组织中的铜和心组织中的锌,其水平在禁食早期略有上升,以后开始下降,其水平接近正常。(4)肝组织中的铜、肾上腺组织中的锌和肾、肾上腺组织中的镁,其水平在禁食早期先降低后又恢复至正常。结论 说明禁食应激对豚鼠体内的锌、铜、铁、镁元素的代谢具有一定的影响,有的元素并呈现出一定的时间-效应关系。

Abstract:Objective To reveal the changes of metablism of zinc, copper, iron and magnesium in experimental animal bodies and their effects caused by irrigative fast.Methods Use guinea pigs as experimental animals. The amount of zinc, copper, iron and magnesium in the brain, heart, liver, kidneys and adrenal tissues of the guinea pig was measured which was put on fast for one, two and three days. And meanwhile the same experiment on a guinea pig was which took normal diet. After that a comparative analysis was made. Results (1) The amount of iron in the kidneys, brain, heart and li ver tissues decreased with the prolonging of the fast. The same was true for copper in kidneys, zinc in brain and magnesium in kidneys ,brain and liver.(2)The amount of zinc in liver and kidney tissues slightly increased with the prolonging of the fast.(3) The amount of copper in brain, heart and adrenal tissues and zinc in heart tissues slightly increased in the early stage of the fast and then decreased and then became normal.(4) The amount of copper in liver tissues, zinc in adrenal tissues and magnesium in kidney and adrenal tissues decreased in the early stage of the fast and then came to the normal level.Conclusion The experiment shows there is some effect of irritative fast on metablism of the elements of zinc, copper, iron and magnesium in the guinea pig and for some elements time-rela ted effect exists.
