盐酸米诺环素软膏联合甲硝唑缓释药膜治疗慢性牙周炎的疗效分析

目的探讨盐酸米诺环素软膏联合甲硝唑缓释药膜治疗慢性牙周炎的疗效。方法将2015年1月～2017年1月在我院接受治疗的60例慢性牙周炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组30例,给予单纯盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗;观察组30例,在对照组基础上加用甲硝唑缓释药膜治疗,对两组患者治疗前后的牙周改善情况及临床治疗效果进行综合评价。结果观察组患者治疗后的牙龈指数、菌斑指数等牙周相关指标均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组治疗后有28例患者显示有效,占93.3%,显著高于对照组的70.0%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论对慢性牙周炎患者在以往盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗基础上加用甲硝唑缓释药膜,能够有效改善患者牙周相关指标,疗效优于药物单用,值得推广应用。

Analysis on the therapeutic effect of minocycline hydrochloride ointment combined with metronidazole sustained release film in the treatment of chronic periodontitis

Objective?To investigate the efficacy of minocycline hydrochloride ointment combined with metronidazole sustained release film in the treatment of chronic periodontitis.Methods?60 patients with chronic periodontitis who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into two groups.30 patients in the control group were given minocycline hydrochloride ointment alone;30 patients in the observation group were given metronidazole sustained-release film on the basis of the control group.The periodontal improvement and clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were comprehensively evaluated.Results?The gingival index and plaque index in the observation group after treatment were significantly better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment in the observation group,28 patients were effective,accounting for 93.3%,significantly higher than that of 70.0% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion?In patients with chronic periodontitis,metronidazole sustained-release membrane combined with the previous treatment of minocycline hydrochloride ointment can effectively improve the periodontal related indicators.The curative effect is better than that of the drug alone,which is worthy of popularization and application.
