摘    要:在相同轧制工艺和不同退火温度条件下,研究了添加钛的冷轧超低碳钢的氢渗透性和搪瓷的鳞爆性.研究发现,含钛的钢搪瓷鳞爆现象较轻;当退火温度提高到750℃时无鳞爆出现.显微组织分析表明,含钛钢中生成了钛化物相,并且随着退火温度的提高,钛化物析出量增多.氢渗透曲线测试证明,氢穿透时间和氢陷阱系数明显高于不含钛的钢.此外,随着退...

Abstract:The hydrogen permeation behavior of cold-rolled ultra-low-carbon steel with titanium addition and fish-scaling behavior of enamel on the steel were investigated under conditions that the rollling process was identical and that the annealing temperatures were different.It was found that the enamel on the steel with titanium offered a slight fish-scaling behavior and that no fish-scaling occurred on the enameled steel annealed at 750 ℃.Analysis on the microstructure shows that precipitation of compound containing titanium was found in the steel,and its amount increases with the elevation of annealing temperature.The hydrogen permeation curves indicate that both the hydrogen permeation time and trapping coefficient of hydrogen in the steel with titanium are appreciably higher than that without titanium.In addition,both hydrogen permeation time and trapping coefficient of hydrogen increase but the hydrogen diffusivity decreases in the steel with the elevation of annealing temperature.
