A4双相不锈钢离子渗氮工艺研究

摘    要:研究了A4双相不锈钢的离子渗氮工艺.结果显示,渗氮温度和气氛氮势(即氮与氢之比)对渗氮层的深度有影响,而对硬度无明显影响.当渗氮温度为580℃,N2:H2=1:9时,渗氮层表面硬度可达1200~1300HV0.3,渗氮层深度为0.10 mm.

Abstract:Ion nitriding of A4 dual-phase stainless steel was investigated.The results show that the nitriding temperature and the ratio of nitrogen to hydrogen will have influence on the nitrided case depth without appreciably affecting the hardness.The surface hardness of nitrided case will be as high as 1200~1300 HV0.3,and the nitrided depth will be 0.1 mm for A4 dual-phase stainless steel while being ion nitriding at 580 ℃ and at a ratio of 1 part of nitrogen to 9 part of hydrogen.
