摘    要:由于高压电能表相间存在高压电位差,各相电能信息需通过光纤或无线通信等方式进行高速通信,从而造成硬件成本高.提出一种基于高电压分相电能计量和慢速率通信的电能脉冲实现方法,将A、C相分别计量的电能信息在B相电能综合单元中进行综合及累加,计算本周期的电能增量,并将电能增量所对应的电能脉冲在下个周期内均匀地发出.理论和实际均表明该实现方法能在保证智能设备计量准确度的同时,大幅降低硬件成本.

Abstract:As there is high potential difference among the phases of the high voltage energy meter,optical fiber or wireless communication is needed to quickly transfer the energy information,which makes the hardware cost high.The realization of energy pulse based on separated phase metering and low speed communication is proposed,which separately acquires the energy information of phase A and C,integrates and cumulates them in phase B,calculates the energy increment of current period and equably generates the corresponding energy pulses during next period.Theory and practice show that the hardware cost is greatly lowered while the measurement accuracy ensured.
