摘    要:CF/GF混杂增强聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯复合材料采用单丝铺层工艺压制成型。复合材料中聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)基体体积含量为50%时,理论计算和力学实验结果表明其拉伸强度和拉伸模量符合“混合律”,CF与GF体积含量各为50%时,其拉伸强度出现最低值。

Abstract:Hybriding CF/GF reinforced PMMA composites are prepared by monofilament press moulding process .When the volume content of PMMA in composites is 50%, theretical and experimental results show that tensile strength and modul of these hybrid;cQmposite are in accord with mixture law of composite .In the composites,the tensile strength is the lowest when CF content is 50% and GF content is also 50% in fiber volume.
