| 摘 要： | 目的分析某院住院患者死亡的主要疾病种类及死亡特点,探讨防治方法。方法收集2001年-2009年住院死亡病案412份,对其死因构成进行统计分析。结果死因构成的前3位分别是：损伤、中毒和外因的某些其他后果、循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病。交通事故引起的重型颅脑损伤及多脏器复合伤是青壮年人群死亡的主要因素。结论应加强安全教育及心脑血管疾病的防治工作,以降低本地区住院病死率,提高广大人民的健康水平。
