桑叶茉莉茶对糖尿病小鼠的降血糖作用

摘    要:目的 研究桑叶茉莉茶对糖尿病小鼠的降糖功效,为桑叶茉莉茶产品的研发提供理论基础。方法 取60只雄性ICR小鼠,其中10只设为空白组,剩余50只进行一次性腹腔注射四氧嘧啶(0.2 g/kg)建立糖尿病小鼠模型,并将模型构建成功的小鼠分为模型组、桑叶茉莉茶低(0.5 g/kg)、中(1.0 g/kg)、高剂量组(2.0 g/kg)。给药4周后,研究不同剂量组对糖尿病小鼠的一般状态、摄食量、饮水量、空腹血糖值、脏器指数及肝脏中丙二醛(malondialdehyde, MDA)、过氧化氢酶(catalase, CAT)水平的影响。结果 与空白组相比,模型组小鼠行为呆滞,反应迟缓,其饮水量、摄食量、空腹血糖值及肝、肾、脾脏指数均显著升高(P<0.01),表明糖尿病小鼠模型建立成功;与模型组相比,桑叶茉莉茶各剂量组小鼠行为状态略有好转,且中、高剂量组小鼠饮水量、摄食量、空腹血糖值及肝、肾、脾脏指数均显著降低(P<0.01),肝脏中MDA水平也显著降低(P<0.01),CAT水平显著升高(P<0.01)。结论 桑叶茉莉茶具有降低四氧嘧啶型糖尿病小鼠血糖的作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the hypoglycemic effect of Morus alba leaf jasmine tea on diabetic mice and provide theoretical basis for the research and development of Morus alba leaf jasmine tea products. Methods Sixty male ICR mice were selected, and 10 of them were set as the blank group. The remaining 50 mice were given intraperitoneal injection of alloxan (0.2 g/kg) to establish diabetic mice model. And the diabetic mice were divided into model group, Morus alba leaf jasmine tea low (0.5 g/kg), medium (1.0 g/kg) and high dose groups (2.0 g/kg). After 4 weeks of administeration, the effects of different dosage groups on the general state, food intake, water consumption, fasting blood glucose, organ index, malondialdehyde (MDA) and catalase (CAT) levels in liver of diabetic mice were studied. Results Compared with the blank group, the model group showed sluggish behavior and delayed response. And the water consumption, food intake, fasting blood glucose and liver, kidney and spleen indexes of mice in the model group were significantly increased (P<0.01), indicating that the models were successfully constructed. Compared with the model group, the behavior of mice in each dose group of Morus alba leaf jasmine tea was improved slightly, and the water consumption, food intake, fasting blood glucose and liver, kidney and spleen indexes of mice in the medium and high dose groups were decreased significantly (P<0.01). Besides, the level of MDA in liver was also decreased significantly (P<0.01), and the level of CAT was increased significantly (P<0.01). Conclusion Morus alba leaf jasmine tea can reduce the blood glucose of alloxan diabetic mice.
