摘    要:磁力金属带传动是一种新型传动,具有传动功率大、传动比大、线速度高等特点,其设计过程中须用到包角系数、传动比系数及弯曲影响系数等。本文对这些常用系数进行了分析计算,并确定了其取值规律,从而可为磁力金属带传动的设计提供理论依据。

Abstract:Magnetic metal belt transmission is a new type of transmission, which has many advantages, such as greater power, wider transmission ratio and higher linear velocity, etc. It is essential to use the wrap angle of contact, transmission ratio and bending coefficient in the course of design. These coefficients in common use are analyzed, and laws of selection are determined in this paper, which will provide theoretical basis for design of magnetic metal belt transmission.
