| 摘 要： | 目的:比较4种方法对肝吸虫感染的检测效果.方法:采用粪便直接涂片法、醛醚离心沉淀法、改良酸醚离心沉淀法及酶联免疫吸附实验.结果:生理盐水直接涂片法肝吸虫感染阳性检出率7.72%,醛醚离心沉淀法阳性检出率11.31%,改良酸醚离心沉淀法阳性检出率11.49%,酶联免疫吸附实验阳检出率12.39%.结论:改良酸醚离心沉淀法...

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare the testing results of four methods applying to clonorchis sinensis infections.Methods:Direct smear of feces,centrifugal sedimentation with hydrochloric acid and aether, the improved centrifugal sedimentation with hydrochloric acid and aether,and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay of serum are applied to testing the clonorchis sinensis infections.Results: The positive detection rate of the clonorchis sinensis infections by the above-mentioned four methods is 7.72%,11.31%,11.49%and 12.39%... |
