Abstract: | Objective: To explore the significance of high-quality nursing in laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal. Methods: from July 2018 to July 2021, we screened gynecological patients in Changshu first people"s hospital. Taking ovarian cysts as the research object, we selected 120 patients who underwent laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal in our hospital. After determining the research objects and the number of cases, the patients were divided into groups according to the random number table, each group There were 60 patients. One group of 60 cases was the control group, which received routine nursing; A group of 60 cases were the observation group and received high-quality nursing. Results: the postoperative complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The postoperative rehabilitation time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The pain scores at 6h, 12h, 24h and 72h in the observation group were lower than those in the control group Conclusion: the implementation of high-quality nursing in laparoscopic ovarian cyst stripping can improve the postoperative situation, postoperative rehabilitation time and postoperative pain symptoms, which is worthy of popularization. |
