空气中13种有机毒物的GDX102/活性炭——热解吸气相色谱测定法

摘    要:目的建立GDX102/活性炭复合型采样管—热解吸气相色谱法同时测定职业场所空气中13种有机毒物的方法。方法选择合适的固体吸附剂填充比例和方法,并优化热解吸和气相色谱分析条件。结果以100 mg GDX102+100 mg活性炭两段式填充方法制备采样管,经热解吸气相色谱分析,回收率可达95%以上,各组分检出限在0.006~0.2 mg/m3之间,RSD在2.2~6.1%之间。结论该方法适用于职业场所空气中苯系物、正己烷等13种有机物的测定。
