诊改视域下高职院校内部质量保证体系运行机制研究

摘    要:高职院校探索常态化的人才培养质量保证机制有利于主动适应经济社会发展需求、提升人才培养质量。为了深入贯彻国家、省级相关诊改文件精神,高职院校应积极探索常态化、周期性的诊改运行机制。以打造“五纵五横一平台”内部质量保证体系为基础,建立学校、专业、课程、教师、学生5个层面的“8”字螺旋诊改工作运行机制,积极探索诊改运行的组织、制度、资源等方面的保障措施,确保诊改工作有效开展,全面提升人才培养质量。

Abstract:The exploration the normal quality assurance mechanism of talent training of higher vocational colleges is conducive to actively adapt to the needs of economic and social development and improve the quality of talent training.To fully implement the spirit of relevant national and provincial documents on diagnosis and improvement,higher vocational colleges should actively explore the normal and periodic operating mechanism of diagnosis and improvement.On the basis of"Five vertical,five horizontal and one platform"internal quality assurance system,it is necessary to set up schools,professional,courses,teachers,students,five levels of"8"shape spiral diagnosis and improvement work operating mechanism,actively explore the organization,system,resources and other aspects of the operation of diagnosis and improvement safeguard measures,to ensure the effective implementation of diagnosis and improvement work to improve the talent training quality.
