CT影像诊断对直肠癌临床术前分期的价值

目的:探究CT影像诊断对直肠癌临床分期的影响。方法:选取我院2016年4月至2017年11月接受诊断的直肠癌患者66例作为研究对象,所有患者术前均接受CT影像学检查,检查结果与术后病理学结果比较,以病理学检测结果作为金标准,统计CT影像诊断对直肠癌临床术前分期的正确率,并评估CT影像诊断对直肠癌临床术前分期的价值。结果:CT影像学诊断结果与病理学检查结果对比,T1~T2期诊断正确率为85%,T3期诊断正确率为84.21%,T4期诊断正确率为78.57%。结论:利用CT影像诊断对直肠癌临床术前进行分期,诊断正确率较高,能够为手术治疗提供依据,具有重要临床应用价值。

Value of CT imaging diagnosis in preoperative staging of rectal cancer

Objective To explore the influence of CT imaging diagnosis on clinical staging of rectal cancer.Methods 66 patients with rectal cancer who were diagnosed in our hospital from April 2016 to November 2017 were selected as the research objects.All patients underwent CT imaging examinations before operation.The results were compared with the pathological results after surgery.Pathological results as a gold standard,the accuracy rate of CT imaging diagnosis for preclinical staging of rectal cancer was evaluated,and the value of CT imaging diagnosis for preclinical staging of rectal cancer was evaluated.Results Compared with the results of CT imaging diagnosis and pathological examination,the correct rate of T1~T2 diagnosis was 85%,the correct rate of T3 diagnosis was 84.21%,and the correct rate of T4 diagnosis was 78.57%.Conclusion The use of CT imaging for staging of rectal cancer before surgery has a high diagnostic accuracy rate,which can provide a basis for surgical treatment and has important clinical application value.
