摘    要:随着环保法规的日益严格,世界各国对清洁汽油的硫含量均做出了严格的规定。汽油的低硫化甚至无硫化已成为一种必然趋势,汽油的深度脱硫技术已成为各石油公司和相关研究者的研究热点。近年来,膜技术以其独特优势在汽油脱硫领域备受关注,膜法汽油脱硫技术主要包括渗透汽化膜法脱硫、膜吸附法脱硫、膜基萃取脱硫、纤维膜接触器脱硫技术等。笔者主要介绍了各膜法汽油脱硫技术的基本原理、工艺特点、国内外有关研究进展情况及技术难点,并提出了今后膜脱硫技术的发展方向。

Abstract:With the enforcement of increasingly stringent environmental laws, strict regulations of the sulfur levels in gasoline have been mandated in most countries. Coupling with the inevitable trend of the production of ultra low sulfur or even sulfur free gasoline, technologies for deep desulfurization of gasoline has become a very important subject in petroleum refining industry. Recently, the application of membrane technology in gasoline desulfurization has attracted increasing attention from worldwide. The membrane process applied in gasoline desulfurization mainly includes pervaporation(PV), membrane adsorption, membrane extraction and fiber-film technologies. The principle, characteristics, research advances and technique key of various membrane desulfurization processes are introduced. Finally, some suggestions for further research are presented.
