| 摘 要： | 研究生导师团队改变了传统的导师负责制下的单一传承关系，有利于提升导师的学术水平，提高研究生的培养质量。因此，要有效地发挥导师团队的作用，需要明确导师团队的职责，并通过倡导学术自由、健全管理制度、加强学术合作、展现学术宽容等有效措施使之落到实处。

| Abstract: | Postgraduate tutor team changes traditional and single inheritance relation under the system of the tutor's responsibility,which is helpful to promoting postgraduate quality and tutors' academic level.To play a big role in tutor team,it need to border tutor team duty,propose academic freedom,perfect management system,strengthen academic cooperation,and emerge academic toleration. |
