废旧氢镍、镉镍电池正极材料回收中镍和钴、镁分离的萃取串级研究

摘    要:设计了综合回收氢镍、镉镍电池正极材料中镍、钴并同时除镁的萃取流程。针对回收液进行了P507萃取分离镍钴、镍、镁的试验。有机相为20%P507+80%煤油(以质量分数计),萃取平衡pH值为4.5~5.0时,平均分离系数β-Ni/Co达140~180,βNi/Mg达20-25;分2段分别洗涤镍和镁,将洗涤镍的平衡pH值控制在(5.0±O.1),洗涤镁的平衡pH值控制在(4.4±0.1),镁的去除率达到94.5%。镍的回收率为99.3%,钴的回收率为99.1%,镁的去除率为94.02%。将回收所得硫酸镍溶液和硫酸钴溶液浓缩结晶,可得到满足通用企业标准HG/T2824-1997中的一级电镀产品要求的产品。

Abstract:The paper designs an extraction flow for the total recovery of nickel and cobalt and removing magnesium simultaneously from the cathodic materials of the spent hydrogen-nickel and cadmium-nickel batteries. The separation of Co, Ni and Mg though P507 extraction .The extraction equilibrium pH is 4.5-5.0, βNi/co is 140-180, andβNi/Mg is 20-25; nickel and magnesium are scrubbed in two steps, in which the equilibrium pH of nickel and magnesium scrubbing is controlled at (5.0 ,±0.1) and (4.4 ± 0.1) respectively. The stepwise scrubbing technique is adopted to remove 94.5% of magnesium and to recover 99.45% of nickel and 95.35% of cobalt. During the integrated extraction and precipitation process the total recovery rate of nickel and cobalt are 99.99% and 99.95%, and the removal rate of magnesium is 94.02%.The recovered NiSO4 and COSO4 solution are enriched and crystallized.
