| 摘 要： | 目的探讨盆底肌训练联合功能性电刺激对产后盆底复健的效果。方法将186例住院初产妇,随机分成观察组(96例)和对照组(90例)。观察组专人于产后盆底肌训练联合功能性电刺激,对照组给予普通宣教。两组产妇分别于产后3月、6月随访,通过排尿状况、盆底肌张力强度评分,进行统计分析。结果通过两组产后3月与6月排尿状况评分和腰肌收缩力评分,观察组比较P<0.05,对照组比较P>0.05。结论盆底肌训练联合功能性电刺激对产后盆底复健是一个可行、安全、有效的方案。
