手术室预防感染的护理措施及其效果观察

目的探讨现代手术室预防感染的护理措施,并观察这些措施实施后的效果。方法运用现代手术室洁净护理方法对手术室进行护理管理,比较现代手术室洁净护理措施与传统护理方法的差异,通过计算消毒前后手术室的空气菌落数、护理人员刷手后的手菌落数、患者感染例数,对比两种护理方法的效果。结果现代手术室预防感染的洁净护理措施的效果要优于传统手术室护理方法,两组的观察指标比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论运用洁净护理措施能有效预防患者因手术引起的感染,使手术室的环境更加洁净。

Effect of purity nursing countermeasures to nosocomial infection in modern operating room

Objective To explore the purity nursing countermeasures through investigating the management and control methods of nosocomial infection in modern operating room.Observe the effect of purity nursing countermeasures.Methods Applied the purity nursing countermeasures to the modern operating room,compared the differences between the purity nursing countermeasures and the traditional nursing management through computating air coenobium number in the operating room before and after operation,air coenobium number in different time during operation,number of the patients who had infected.Results The effect of purity nursing countermeasures to modern operating room on preventing infection surpassed the traditional nursing method,there were significant difference between two groups of statistics（P0.05）.Conclusion Apple the purity nursing countermeasures can prevent the infection,it can causes environment of operating room to be purer.
