| 摘 要： | 考察后牙残冠残根修复的临床效果。方法：以整铸金属桩、螺方桩固位，光固化复合树脂、玻璃离子成核或铸造金属核，制作金属全冠或金瓷，对３８例患者４７颗大面积缺损的后牙残冠残根进行了修复，追踪修复后１－２年的３３例患者。

| Abstract: | Aim: Thirty - eight cases core crown rehabilitation of residual posterior crown and root were studied. Methods: Cast post - core, spiral - shafted post, light - curing resin core, glass - ionomer core were formed and full - metal crowns or porcelain - fused - to - metal crowns were inserted. One - year to two - year fellow up of 40 cases were observed. Results: No loosening and dislocation of the reconstructed crown or secondary caries. The restoration resumed good chewing function. Conclusion: For the preservation of residual crown and root, this method of restoration is of value both theoretically and practically, and suitable for wide use. |
