女性前臂骨密度随年龄及月经状况的变化

目的:探讨绝经前后女性前臂骨密度随年龄及月经状况变化的趋势。方法:用双能X线骨密度仪测量20～80岁绝经前后的女性702例,按10岁年龄段及绝经前后分组比较骨密度变化的规律。结果:绝经前后的女性前臂各部位在40～49岁年龄段获得峰值骨密度;比较绝经前后的女性,其前臂不同部位的骨密度存在显著性区别。结论:女性前臂骨密度随年龄及月经状况存在动态变化,其测定能反映骨代谢水平的变化

Age and Menopausal Change of bone Mineral Density of Forearm

Objective To explore the age-related changes of bone mi neral dens ity at the forearm of pre-and postmenopausal women and the difference between d i fferent menopausal status. Methods To measure the bone mineral den sity at the forearm of 702 pre- and postmenopausal women by dual-energy X-ray absorptiome try and stratified by 10-year increment and menopausal status. Results These fema les attainted their peak bone mineral density at 40～49 year group at different p arts of the forearm; there existed significant difference of bone mineral densi ty at the forearm between the pre- and postmenopausal women. Conclusi on The m easurement of bone mineral density at the forearm can reflect the dynamic change s of bone metabolism as it change with age and menopausal status.
