| 摘 要： | 目的分析2007年和2008年9～12月昆明地区部分婴幼儿秋冬季腹泻散发病例中诺如病毒（norovirus,NoV）感染,诺如病毒和轮状病毒（rotavirus,RV）混合感染情况及其临床特点.方法收集2007年9～12月及2008年9～12月在昆明医学院第一附属医院儿科住院的腹泻患儿的粪便标本96份,其中2007年有46份,2008年有50份.用＂胶体金法＂检测A群轮状病毒（RV）抗原.应用反转录-聚合酶链反应（RT-PCR）扩增标本中诺如病毒核酸.结果 96份标本共有60份检出RV阳性,阳性检出率为62.5%;12份检出NoV阳性,阳性检出率为12.5%,其中5例同时两种病毒阳性,混合感染的阳性检出率为5.2%.结论昆明地区秋冬季腹泻病原以轮状病毒多见,诺如病毒次之,也出现两种病毒的混合感染.混合感染时临床症状加重,病程延长,并发症增加.
