| 摘 要： | 根据对传统电能质量监测系统的分析与研究,提出了基于网级电能质量监测中心系统与省级电能质量监测系统之间历史数据传输的方式和技术协议。利用安全的文件传输协议SFTP传输省级电能质量监测系统的历史数据到网级电能质量监测中心系统,从而解决了省级系统与网级系统间数据传输安全性和可靠性的问题。

| Abstract: | Based on the research of traditional power quality monitoring system,this paper proposes the historical data transmission method and technical protocol between grid-level and provincial-level power quality monitoring system.The application of Safe File Transfer Protocol(SFTP) can guarantee the safety and reliability of the data transmission. |
