我国农业科技企业技术创新动力不足原因的期权博弈分析

在我国加入WTO之后,本土农业科技企业面临着跨国公司日益激烈的竞争。与外资农业科技企业相比,我国农业企业技术创新的动力明显不足。文章利用期权博弈理论模型,将本土企业与外资企业视为战略互动的博弈双方,分析提出了本土企业技术创新动力相对不足,是在其处于成本劣势的条件下创新成功需时较长或成本差异较大而导致的必然结果,并提出了相应的对策建议。

Analysis on Reasons of Lacking Motivation of Technological Innovation in Chinese Agricultural Science and Technology Enterprises by Option-game Approach

After the entry of WTO,Chinese native agricultural science and technology enterprises are faced with increasingly intense competition coming from transnational corporation. Compared with the overseas-funded enterprises,the motivation of our native agricultural science and technology enterprises to launch technological innovation is apparently not strong enough. Using option games theory,this paper regarded native and transnational enterprises as two players in a game,and pointed out that lack of motivation to launch technological innovation in native enterprises is a inevitable result because there is a big cost gap between the two. Some corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
