| Abstract: | As coal is the most important primary energy in China, SO2 , the main pollutant of coal-fired power plantsseriously pollutes the environment in the course of energy utilization and conversion. Flue gas desulphurization is inevitable in China, however, it is rather difficult to reach the stipulated standards without any compulsory administrative measures of the government.
