摘    要:试验测定方铅矿、钛磁铁矿、黄铁矿颗粒在泡沫层中的沉降速度,分析研究粒度及表面疏水性对颗粒在泡沫层中沉降速度的影响。结果表明,在所研究的粒级范围内,存在一个沉降速度最小的临界粒度。在临界粒度以上,颗粒粒度越粗,沉降速度越快,反之亦然。对于细粒方铅矿和黄铁矿,疏水性越强,沉降速度越慢。这种规律是在泡沫层中按疏水性分离矿物的基础。

Abstract:The settling velocities of galena, titanomagnetite and pyrite in the froth layers are determined, and the effects of the particle size and the surface hydrophobicity on the settling velocity in the froth layers are investigated. The results show that there is critical particle size in the test range. The coarser is the particle size, the higher is the settling velocity in the froth layers above the critical particle size, and vice versa. And the stronger is the surface hydrophobicity of the fine galena, pyrite particles, the slower is the settling velocity of the particles in the froth layers. This setding regular of the mineral particles is a foundation of separating minerals in the froth layers according to the surface hydrophobicity of mineral particles.
