孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿咳嗽变异型哮喘的疗效分析

目的观察用布地奈德气雾剂治疗小儿咳嗽变异型哮喘的基础上加孟鲁司特钠片的效果。方法将54例小儿咳嗽变异型哮喘病儿随机分为两组，治疗组36例给予布地奈德气雾剂及孟鲁司特钠片治疗。对照组18例单给布地奈德气雾剂，比较两组的效果。结果临床症状缓解所需时间，治疗后哮喘复发次数，糖皮质激素吸入量两组比较有显著差异。结论孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿咳嗽变异型哮喘疗效明显。

Analysis about montelukast sodium treatment of children with cough variant asthma

Objective Observed with budesonide aerosol treatment of children with cough variant asthma on the basis of Jiameng Lu sodium tablets. Methods Will be 54 cases of pediatric cough variant asthma infants were randomly divided into two groups, group therapy given to 36 cases of aerosol budesonide and montelukast sodium tablets in the treatment. Control group of 18 cases to a single aerosol budesonide, compared two groups of clinical treatment. Results The time required to alleviate clinical symptoms, the frequency of relapse after treatment of asthma, inhaled corticosteroid volume of the two groups was significant difference. Conclusion Montelukast sodium treatment of children with cough variant asthma obvious.
