| 摘 要： | 答疑系统是网络教育平台的重要组成部分，它在加强师生交流、帮助学生明确问题所在，并获得自己真正需要的答案信息等方面具有不可或缺的作用。本旨在于提供一个智能答疑系统，帮助远程教育的学习者消除学习中的障碍。系统基于UML进行分析和设计，建立相应的数据库，同时引入智能Agent技术实现各个动态用例，使答疑解惑的过程变得轻松、自如、实时、便捷。

| Abstract: | QA(Question Answering) system is the important part of online education platform.It plays a necessary role in the following areas: strengthening communication between teachers and students,helping learners to nail down the questions and get needed answers.This system is defined to supply an intelligent QA system which helps students with online education to remove obstacle.It analyzes,defines and builds relative database based on UML,which also realizes all dynamic use cases by using intelligent agents so the process of QA becomes easy,free,real-time and convenient. |
