| 摘 要： | 利用硝酸银、ATP钠盐、NAA、KT进行了四因素三水平正交试验,材料为彩色甜椒品种7160的花药。结果表明,硝酸银是影响彩色甜椒花药培养胚状体诱导率的最主要因素,在其浓度为1.0mg/L时胚状体诱导率最高;ATP钠盐为次主要因素,在其浓度为100.0mg/L时效果最好。KT比NAA对胚状体诱导率的影响大;KT浓度1.0或1.5mg/L时较好。

| Abstract: | Silver nitrate, ATPNa2·3H2O, NAA and KT have been tested in orthogonal test. Material was 7160, a variety of colored bell pepper. The result shows that silver nitrate is the most, ATPNa2·3H2O is more important factor to the percentage of embryoid formation. The percentage of embryoid formation is the highest in the medium with 1.0 mg/L silver nitrate and 100.0 mg/L ATPNa2·3H2O. KT is more importance than NAA. There is better effect when medium with KT 1.0 or 1.5 mg/L. |
