摘    要:宁南霉素是一种广谱、高效、低毒、低残留的无公害生物农药,其产生菌是诺尔斯链霉菌西昌变种。宁南霉素系统地诱导植物产生PR蛋白,降低植物体内病毒粒体浓度,破坏病毒粒体结构,从而达到防治作物病毒病的效果。它对烟草等作物的病毒病一般防效为70%左右,最高可达90%以上。筛选后的高产菌株摇瓶发酵水平可达20000u/ml,已实现20t罐的工业化生产。

Abstract:Ningnanmycin is a pollution-free bioticpesticede which is characterized by broad spectrum, high-efficiency, harmfulness and less-persistent. It is obtained from Strepcomces noursei var. xichangensis. Ningnanmycin has effect on virus disease of crops via inducing plant to bring PR protein systematically, reducing concentration of nucleocapsid in frond and destroying nucleocapsid structure. The efficiency on virus disease of tobacco is commonly about 70% , and over 90% maximally. The shaking fermentation level of the screened high-yielding strain can reach 20000u/ml, commercial production with 20t fermenter has been realized.
