针刺对实验性脑出血大鼠脑组织bFGF表达的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨急性脑出血后碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)的动态表达及针刺的干预作用。方法:选取健康的雄性Wistar大鼠96只,随机分为模型组、模型加针刺组(针刺组)、模型加忆立福组(西药组)3组。每组又分为6h、24h、48h、72h和168h 5个时相点,每个时相点有6只大鼠,制备脑出血大鼠模型,采用Western免疫印迹技术观察头穴针刺治疗对脑出血bFGF的表达水平。结果:针刺组大鼠脑内bFGF蛋白表达在不同时相点均有显著上调,与模型组比较,均有显著性差异(P0.01),具有统计学意义。结论:上调脑内bFGF可能是有关针刺治疗脑出血一个机制,针刺可能通过使血肿周围脑组织内bFGF蛋白水平增加,从而减轻神经元损伤并促进神经修复与再生。

Abstract:Objective :To study the dynamic expression of bFGF after acute intercerebral hemorrhage (ICH)in rats and the influence of acupuncture on it. Methods:The 96 healthy Wistar male rats were selected. The rats were divided into three groups randomly :model group, pinprick group and western medicine group ,30 rats in each group. Each group was divided into five time phase points of 6 hours,24 hours,48 hours,72 hours and 168 hours ,6 rats in each group. The experiment ICH model was made by injection antologous blood using ster- eotactic method. Another six rats were assigned as the matched blank group. We observed the expression of bFGF of the intercerebral hemorrage rats with the methods of western - blot. Results :The expressions of bFGF in pinprick group significantly up -regulated than those in the model group (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion:Adjusting upwards expression of bFGF in brain may be one important mechanism. By intervention from early stage, acu- puncture may adjust upwards expression of bFGF in the brain tissue around hematoma of rats with ICH so as to reduce the neuronal injury and promote nerve repair and regeneration.
